A Little Update from Lizabé & Co.

First, I want to say thank you. The love and support you've shown Lizabé & Co. over the past several months has been absolutely incredible, and I am truly grateful for every single order, kind word, and bit of encouragement.

That being said, I need to be very honest about where things stand right now.

The overwhelming number of orders I've received has been both a blessing and a challenge. As many of you know, I'm a one-woman operation, creating, bottling, packaging, and shipping everything myself while also working full-time as an Emergency Department nurse.

I've been doing my very best to keep up, but the truth is that I've fallen behind, and trying to catch up while continuing to accept new orders has become unsustainable. It's beginning to take a very real toll on me, both physically and mentally. As much as I love what I do, I've reached a point where I need to recognize my own limitations.

For that reason, I've made the difficult decision to temporarily close both the Lizabé website and Etsy shop.

My immediate priority is fulfilling the orders already placed and getting everything caught up. If you have an outstanding order, please know that I am working through them as quickly and carefully as I can. Your patience and understanding mean more to me than I can adequately express.

This little pause will also give me an opportunity to regroup and make some much-needed changes to how Lizabé operates moving forward.

When the website reopens, you'll begin to see some changes. Listings will be updated, new fragrances will be introduced, and the way I release new scents will be different. I'll also be restructuring ordering windows, turnaround times, and other aspects of the business to create a more manageable and sustainable experience for both myself and my customers.

There are so many wonderful things I still want to create and share with you, and I have no intention of going anywhere. I simply need to find a better way to do it without sacrificing my health or the care and attention that goes into every order.

The Etsy shop will remain closed for the foreseeable future, but the Lizabé website will reopen soon, once I've caught up on outstanding orders and had a little time to catch my breath. I'll be sharing more information about the changes and what's coming as those plans take shape.

Please know that this isn't goodbye, and it certainly isn't the end of Lizabé & Co. It's simply a necessary pause, a chance to regroup, rethink a few things, and return with a renewed sense of purpose.

Thank you for helping this little dream grow into something bigger than I ever imagined. And thank you for giving me the grace and understanding to figure out how to keep that dream alive in a way that's healthy and sustainable.
