The Withering is a perfume born from the crumbling edges of forgotten woods, where time curls its fingers into the bark and the earth swallows its secrets whole. From the first breath, it grips you — dark and ancient, as if the very air holds the weight of centuries.

The opening is an earthbound embrace of patchouli, rich and humid, like damp soil underfoot in a long-forgotten grove. It speaks of moss-clad stones and shadowed hollows, of a forest slowly exhaling its last breath into the air. The deep, smoky presence of charred cedar follows, as if the trees themselves are crumbling, their once-proud trunks now scorched remnants of a fire that burned too long ago to remember.

As it settles, the scent of vetiver weaves in — sharp and rooted, like the whisper of roots tangled in the earth, unseen but ever-present. The earth beneath seems to hum with a quiet, ancient energy, the pulse of the land itself. Birchwood shivers softly through the heart, its cool, brittle scent recalling forgotten paths winding through ashen woods, leading nowhere.

Finally, oakmoss lays itself like a shroud over everything, damp and whispering, dark as the spaces between the stars. It is the scent of the forgotten, of things lost to the passage of time. Our fragrances are hand mixed once your order is placed, so that our perfumes arrive to you as fresh as possible. Please allow shipping time to accommodate our personal attention to your new items! Perfumes can be worn 24 hours after mixing, however for best results, wait at least 2 weeks after creation for the full bouquet to shine through!

Directions:

For the perfume oil: apply to wrists and other pulse points. As your body heat warms up the oil, the scent will release. Oil based fragrances are heavier than sprays and wear closer to your body. Reapply as often as needed. We use light dry oils so that the oil base absorbs more quickly into your skin, leaving no oily or sticky residue.

Ingredients in oils: organic jojoba oils, phthalate free fragrance and essential oils, and organic vitamin E oil. May contain isopropyl myristate.

Warning: Do not ingest! Keep away from eyes, nose, and mouth. Keep away from children and pets. Do not apply oils to fabrics, may stain.
