Due to the personal nature of our products and the fact that they are applied directly to the skin and body, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

At our discretion, orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Please contact us via email as soon as possible to discuss available options. Once an order has shipped, the sale is final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are considered final once an order leaves our studio. This ensures that every item you receive is unused, uncontaminated, and handled with the highest standards of care.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once the package has left our studio. Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the matter when applicable.
