Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time. During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS Ground.

Perfumes are classified as materials that must travel by ground transportation due to postal safety regulations. For this reason, expedited air shipping options are not available.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.

Transit Time

USPS Ground delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location. Please note that carrier delays are outside of our control once the package is in USPS possession.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS when appropriate.
